Log In to Your Account: Navigate to the Pillow Pays login page and access your member dashboard.
Go to ‘My Account’: Click on your profile icon and select ‘My Account’ or ‘Subscription Settings’.
Click ‘Cancel Membership’: You will see a clear option to cancel. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision.
That’s it. Your membership will be set to cancel, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Your Pillow Pays benefits, including your deductible reimbursement program, are guaranteed until the end of your current paid billing cycle. For example, if you were due to be billed on the 15th of the month but canceled on the 20th, you are still not charged again and we cover you until the 14th of the following month.
We take your data privacy seriously. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we provide the option to permanently delete your personal information and documents within our database. For more information regarding this, please refer to our privacy policy.
Yes! Of course, we understand that your circumstances will change, and you can reactivate your membership at any time simply by logging in and selecting another plan. Your information will be reinstated to your original settings making this as simple as possible for you!

No. There are absolutely no cancellation fees associated with your Pillow Pays membership. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Please note that our current policy for cancellations means that the cancellation will go through at the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial service periods. However, you will retain access to all the benefits we offer until the end of the period.
If you have an existing claim that was submitted prior to your cancellation date, your claim will still be processed based on our Claim Processing Timeline schedule. Your cancellation will not affect any claims that have been submitted during your membership period.
